Lollypop Lane's Return and Refund Policy is designed to ensure a seamless shopping experience for our customers while maintaining high standards of hygiene and customer satisfaction.
In the unfortunate event that you need to return an item, please email returns@lollypoplane with your order number and reason for the return.
We kindly ask that you cover the cost of return postage. For your peace of mind, we recommend using registered post to return your items, ensuring safe and reliable delivery.
Please note that items such as the 'Pick & Mix' creations are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons, as we prioritise the safety and well-being of our customers and staff.
Rest assured, we are committed to processing any refunds promptly, with all refunds processed within fourteen (14) days of receiving the returned items. Once the return is processed, you will receive an email confirmation notifying you of your entitlement to a refund.
In the unfortunate event you have an item missing from your order, you must notify us by emailing info@lollypoplane.co.uk within 48 hours of receiving your order.
